Ensuring Production Safety.
The electrical cabinet is equipped with a valve control voltage of 220V and a stable PC input voltage of DC24V. The system employs Japanese-imported PC control with two signal interfaces. The touch-display can store 100 sets of molding parameters. The main control panel is accompanied by two mobile dual-hand button workstations that can be freely combined. Slides and hydraulic pads are controlled by non-contact imported magnetic scales, equipped with various fault alarm functions. Emergency stop buttons are located at the four corners of the machine, and a pre-circuit sound and light alert system notifies the operator at the start of each semi-automatic cycle. Safety measures such as workpiece counting devices, slide locking mechanisms, top warning lights, and safety platforms ensure safe operation.

What Is Hydraulic Punch Press?
Sheet metal hydraulic punch press, also known as hydraulic power press, is a kind of equipment that uses hydraulic system to drive punch to perform metal processing such as punching, forming, stretching, stamping, shearing, deep drawing, etc.
Types Of Hydraulic Punch Press
Single Column (C Frame): This type of hydraulic punch press usually has a C-shaped frame structure with only one column, suitable for smaller processing tasks.
Multi-column: The frame body contains two or more columns, suitable for complex processing tasks that require higher force and larger working space.
Single Action Punch Press: For example, the YW27 model. It has only one slider and its working principle is similar to that of a mechanical punch press.
Double Action Punch Press: For example, the YW28 model. It has two sliders, one for pressing and the other for stretching. The first slider is for pressing and maintaining pressure, and the second slider is for actual cutting or stretching. So when the double action press is actually working, you will see two sliders falling.
Components Of Hydraulic Punch Press
The hydraulic press is mainly composed of the body, hydraulic cylinder, power hydraulic system, electrical control system, safety system and other auxiliary components.
Body: The body is the basic structure of the hydraulic punch press, including columns, beams and base. These parts are connected by tension bolts to form a stable frame structure, which provides support and stability for the entire equipment and ensures that it can withstand high pressure and heavy loads during operation.
Hydraulic Cylinder: This is one of the core components of the hydraulic punch press, responsible for converting the pressure of the hydraulic system into mechanical movement. It consists of a piston and a cylinder body, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil pushes the piston rod up and down, thereby driving the punch to complete the punching action.
Power System: includes components such as high-pressure oil pump, filling valve, overflow valve, flow valve and oil tank.These components work together to provide a steady source of hydraulic power to the hydraulic punch press.

How Does Metal Hydraulic Punch Press Work?
The working principle of hydraulic punch press is to use the static pressure of liquid to transfer mechanical energy, and realize the pressing and return operation of materials through the coordinated action of hydraulic pump, control valve and hydraulic cylinder.
The core of the hydraulic system is the hydraulic pump, which is usually driven by an electric motor. When the electric oil pump is started, the hydraulic oil is sucked from the oil tank and pressurized, and then delivered to the hydraulic cylinder through the control valve.
The pressure of the hydraulic oil pushes the piston to move in the hydraulic cylinder, thereby generating linear motion. The control valve enables the piston to achieve rising and falling movements. In the descending stage, the piston pushes the punch downward to apply pressure to the metal sheet to complete the punching or forming operation. In the ascending stage, the piston returns and the punch leaves the sheet.
