The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter for speed adjustment, allowing users to customize the working speed. The dual-cam control are equipped for enhanced safety. The comprehensive EMC circuit ensures strong anti-interference capabilities. Additionally, the machine is fitted with multiple electrical protection devices, capable of photoelectric, pressure, and alarms for lubrication system oil shortage and blockage.
Centralized Lubrication System with PLC Control
The entire machine employs a centralized thin oil circulation lubrication control system, with PLC precision control over the oil quantity for each lubricating part. The layout of all oil pipes is ergonomically designed for ease of installation and maintenance. The oil level alarm, magnetic filtering, and a dual-stage filter panel are installed in oil tank to ensure The oil distributor will immediately alarm when the number of lubrication cycles falls below the set value for preventing damage.
Fast Mold Changing Bolster
The movable bolster can realize a variety of moving modes to shorten the mold change time. The roller surface is treated by quenching while the guide rail is nitride with low friction and longer service life. The ejector hole is equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant nylon sleeve to ensure high accuracy. The lifting and clamping device adopts hydraulic cylinder, and the jacking and clamping time is less than 1 minute.
Precision Air Pressure System
The pressure fluctuation value of the air pressure system is less than 20%, and the clutch is equipped with a pressure detector and double solenoid valve to ensure the accurate and safe operation; At the same time, the pressure detector and pressure switch are installed in the air path of the balance cylinder and air cushion to support manual air pressure adjustment, and an automatic air pressure adjustment system can also be selected, which can automatically adjust the air pressure according to the preset mold parameters to avoid misoperation.
