1953

Danyang Forging Machine Tool Factory was established.

1982

Danyang County Light Industry Machinery Factory was established.

1986

Danyang Light Industry Machinery Factory and Qinghai Forging Factory jointly established Qinghai Forging Factory Danyang Branch and Qinghai Forging Factory Danyang Die Factory.

1988

Danyang Forging Machine Tool Factory was formally established , and in the same year, Danbei Imitation Machinery Factory was established.

1989

Danyang County Light Industry Machinery Factory drafted a proposal on the implementation of production and operation contracting responsibilities for each branch . This regulation further deepened the enterprise reform and enabled our factory's industrial production to maintain sustained stability and healthy development. On May 25 , it won the "Zhenjiang Township Enterprise Quality Management Award". In the same year, the J23-3.15 product won the "Jiangsu Province Quality Product"

1990

the J23-16 product won the title of "Jiangsu Province High-Quality Product"

1991

Danyang Forging Machinery Factory and Shanghai Second Forging Machinery Factory jointly produced J23-40 /J23-63 open tilting presses , which successfully enabled Danyang Forging Factory to leap into the ranks of advanced management level in the domestic industry.

1996

authorized by Shanghai Second Forging Machine Tool Factory , we started to produce and sell AOTU brand mechanical presses.

1998

the company underwent its first asset restructuring and was transformed into a private joint-stock enterprise.

1999

Jiangsu World Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established.

2000

the company first launched the economical and safe JH23 series high-performance press.

2001

the company started to promote the WORLD brand and mass-produced the JH21 series presses ; the first resin sand casting line was put into production.

2003

it won the title of Jiangsu Famous Brand Product for eight consecutive years and passed ISO9001 :2000 quality system certification.

2004

the second resin sand casting line was put into production, and on May 27 of the same year, World Precision Machinery (China) Co., Ltd. was established.

2006

World Precision Machinery (China) Co., Ltd. was listed in Singapore.

2007

Guangming World Heavy Machine Tool (China) Co., Ltd. was established.

2009

Guangming World CNC Machine Tool (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established. In March, a new product, WM1030 bottom-moving CNC bending machine, was developed . On May 22 of the same year, World Precision Machinery Sales Co., Ltd. was established.

2010

World Precision Machinery's annual sales exceeded 1 billion yuan, creating another brilliant future.

2011

World Precision Machinery developed the SD4-1000 type 10,000 kN closed four-point multi-link press; it won the title of the first major equipment product in Jiangsu Province.

2012

World Precision Machinery (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. was established in Shenyang . The total investment is 3 billion yuan and covers an area of 1,000 acres.

2013

World Precision Machinery launched the cost-effective JX36 series closed double-point press.

2019

World Precision Machinery developed and innovated the LF /D-30115 CNC fiber laser cutting machine. In 2023, World Precision Machinery developedinnovative high-speed punching presses.
