Integral welded frame
The frame adopts an integral welded structure and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding to ensure the rigidity of the frame and the angular stiffness of the C-frame, high rigidity and accuracy.
Movable operation panel
Real-time monitoring of crankshaft operating angle and operating parameters, directly change the operating mode and function settings , able to change the operating mode at any time according to demand.
Auto lubrication system
Lubrication pump lubricates wearing parts timely and quantitatively, effectively ensuring the smooth and precise operation of the press. It reduces the workload of the operator and effectively lowers the replacement frequency of wearing parts.
High performance wet clutch
Use Japanese advanced technology which has superior thermal stability. Adopted oil-immersed lubrication, which decrease loss, expand service life and lower maintenance costs.
Digital Die height indicator
Die height is displayed in real time through the electronic reader, and all the data is clear at a glance.
Light curtain
Protect operators from getting too close to a press while operating. Standard configuration mounted to side mesh guarding.
Overload protection
If the usage capacity exceeds the capacity of the device itself, overload stop will occur to protect the machine.（Standard across the entire range）
PLC
Maintains a high degree of synchronization and stability at each working stage，automatically adjust the pressure and speed, making the press’s movements smoother, reducing mechanical shock and vibration.
