JL39 H-Frame Press Specification
Light Curtain
Used to protect operators from getting too close to a press while its moving.Standard configuration mounted to side mesh guarding.
Overload protection
If the usage capacity exceeds the capacity of the device itself, overload stop will occur to protect the machine.（Standard across the entire range）
PLC
Maintains a high degree of synchronization and stability at each working stage，automatically adjust the pressure and speed, making the press’s movements smoother, reducing mechanical shock and vibration.
Dilute oil circulation lubrication system
Oil circulates in the system, reducing the consumption of lubricating oil, ensuring uniform lubrication at each lubrication point, effectively carrying away the heat generated by friction, stable and reliable.
Dry clutch and brake with separate part
Using rigid interlock with no interference and Japan imported TOYOOKI double valve. Adopt the dynamic balance test, reduce the vibration and the energy loss of the flywheel.
Movable operation panel
