Dry clutch and brake with separate part
Using rigid interlock with no interference and Japan imported TOYOOKI double valve. Adopt the dynamic balance test, reduce the vibration and the energy loss of the flywheel.
Light curtain
Protect operators from getting too close to a press while operating. Standard configuration mounted to side mesh guarding.
Guided pillars and sleeves cylinders
Adopted structure with guided pillars and sleeves, can reduce the impact and noise, eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and the sliding block, reduce the impact and abrasion of loaded parts and enhance the molding precision of the parts.
Touch screen
Real-time monitoring of crankshaft operating Angle and operating parameters, directly change the operating mode and function Settings , able to change the operating mode at any time according to demand.
PLC
Maintains a high degree of synchronization and stability at each working stage，automatically adjust the pressure and speed, making the press’s movements smoother, reducing mechanical shock and vibration.（630t and above)
Drive shaft
The drive shaft is finely polished with world-class advanced processing technology to ensure stable operation of the fuselage, accurate stamping, and significantly reduce noise.
High strength frame
The body has undergone annealing process treatment, significantly enhance its toughness and ensuring long-term stable operation. The body surface has been treated with shot blasting, effectively enhancing the rigidity and the quality of the appearance.
Overload protection
If the usage capacity exceeds the capacity of the device itself, overload stop will occur to protect the machine.(630t and above)
Movable operation panel
Operator can directly monitor the rotation angle of the crankshaft through the panel, and select the appropriate stamping mode, adjusting the motor speed.Overloading and lubrication faults are also clearly displayed.
